Dirty and old room

The room we got was a shame - not even close to that what is presented on booking or other sites. Room and toilette were dirty - we found some cranberries on the floor and the towels were dirty and we found them on the floor. We were there like for 5 minutes and went out and asked for our money back - didnt want to spend our vacation in that room/hotel. That was no problem on the end - we got our money back and found another hotel.

The hotel is located in an excellent position for visiting the city, having two metro lines in front of it. The rooms are small and basic and the price, booking in advance, was good. The breakfast is surprising and varied, especially the sweet part, while the savory part could be improved a little by adding something else and improving the quality (e.g. the hard-boiled eggs which seemed not very fresh). Painful point is the cleanliness and maintenance of the room, which when we arrived already had abundant dust under the bed and residues of dirt left by previous guests (I took photos), reported to the cleaning person, but to no avail; also the bathroom sink didn't drain water well. Very kind staff and impeccable and efficient luggage storage. Very positive note, the children's corner in the reception area, much appreciated by my daughters.

John Mayer concert

We stayed two nights to be able to attend the John Mayer concert in the Accor Arena and in the meantime see a bit of Paris. The hotel accommodation is OK when only for attending a concert and sleep. When adding some nights to visit Paris I would certainly not recommend it. Small rooms, no airconditioning or not working, staff not very friendly, … breakfast basic but OK. Overall I would come back, but only 1 night to attend a concert in the Accor Arena.

It was exactly what we needed!

We stayed here for 1 night following a LONG day at Disneyland Paris as we were heading into the city the next day. It was 10 mins walk from Gare De Lyon (terminal for coming back from Disney) so super accessible. The staff were lovely & the BED! So comfortable which is exactly what we needed after being on our feet all day at the park. The extra pillow was needed for me, but amazing. I always want tea facilities in my hotel room, which this did not, but wasn’t that bad as they did have a bar. The breakfast the next day was average, unfortunately I cannot eat pastry so was quite limited on what I could eat (but I was in Paris so was expecting that on the menu!) Would book again if was simply coming to sleep and leave. Not necessarily for longer.

اولا طلب مننا موظفة الاستقبال الدفع باليورو وليس بالدولار وقلت لها اخذي جوازتنا وثاني يوم سوف اعطكي المبلغ كله لم تقبل واخذ مبلغ حجز من البطاقة الائتمانية وكنا متعبين كثير ثانيا موظفة الاستقبال صرخت على اختي وكان تعامله في منتهي السوء موظفة ترتدي النظارات واخرى شعرها مموج تم قطع الاضاءة عن غرفتنا الاقامة مجملا سيئة
